Who we are

This website is run by OmniSync-Tech, a software company based in Karachi, Pakistan. You can reach us at info@omnisync-tech.com or on 0326-1001155 (call or WhatsApp).

What information we collect

  • Contact form: your name, your phone number or email, the service you are interested in and your message.
  • Client portal: if you create an account we store your name, phone number, email address and a password (the password is handled by Firebase Authentication and is never visible to us). We also store the support tickets and messages you send us and details of projects we build for you.
  • WhatsApp, phone and email: if you contact us this way, we keep the conversation so we can help you.
  • Technical data: like most websites, our hosting and database providers may process your IP address and basic device information to deliver the site and keep it secure.

How we use it

We use your information only to reply to your questions, give you a demo or quote, provide and support the software you buy, and keep your client portal working. We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing to people who have not asked to hear from us.

Services we rely on

Our site uses Google Firebase (hosting, database and sign-in), Google Fonts and YouTube embeds for videos. These providers process data under their own privacy policies. Your browser also stores a small cache of site content on your device so pages load faster.

Who can see your data

Messages and client data are visible only to you (for your own client account) and to OmniSync-Tech staff. We share data with others only if the law requires it or if you ask us to.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages for as long as needed to answer you and follow up. Client account and project data is kept while you are our client and for a reasonable period afterwards for support and accounting.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to info@omnisync-tech.com. You can also reset your portal password at any time from the login page.

Security

Data is stored on Google cloud infrastructure with access rules so that each client sees only their own records. No online system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
