About these terms

By using this website or our software and services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them. "We", "us" and "OmniSync-Tech" mean the software company based in Karachi, Pakistan.

Our services

We design, build, host and support custom software and websites for businesses, including salon, gym, clinic, school, POS and attendance systems. The exact scope, features, timeline and price for your project are agreed with you in writing, by email or WhatsApp, before work begins.

Free trial

Plans start with a 1-month free trial so you can test the software on your own data. No payment is taken during the trial. At the end of the trial you can continue on a paid plan or stop.

Plans, fees and contract

Paid plans have a minimum 1-year contract and a one-time setup fee that covers setting up your services, prices and staff and training your team. Prices are shown on our pricing page in Pakistani rupees (PKR) and may change for new customers; the price you agreed stays the same for your contract period. Custom projects are quoted separately.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate information, keep your login details private, use the software only for lawful business purposes, and not copy, resell or try to break into the software or other clients' data.

Your data

Your business data remains yours. We store and process it only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You should keep your own copies of important records.

Support

Support after launch covers fixes, questions and agreed changes, through WhatsApp, email, phone or the client portal. Response times depend on the plan and the issue, and we aim to reply the same working day.

Availability

We work to keep the software available and backed up, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance and events outside our control (such as internet or power outages and third-party cloud outages) may cause downtime.

Ownership

We own the software, designs and code we create, unless a written agreement says otherwise. You get the right to use the software for your business while your plan is active. Your logo, content and data stay yours.

Limits of liability

To the extent allowed by law, OmniSync-Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Ending the service

Either side may end the service as set out in the agreed contract. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or has unpaid fees. On request we will help you export your data after the contract ends.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms, and the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Karachi.
